Welded wire mesh consists of perpendicular wire strands that are resistance welded at each intersection. This wire mesh product can be produced in many materials, such as steel, stainless steel, and galvanized steel.
Welded wire mesh is available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and various other alloys, when available. Carbon steel welded wire mesh can be supplied as plain (mill) finish, hot-dipped galvanized, and painted certain colors (upon request). This 4" x 2" square mesh opening with a .105" wire diameter is very popular in various applications which include handrail infill and security screens.
